General Information:
This well maintained vacation home is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. It's three bedrooms & two baths will accommodate up to nine people comfortably. You'll find the kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs or enjoy a family BBQ around the pool. There is full access to the two car boat-deep garage. Plus secure gated parking for a boat or waverunners.
The kids (& adults) will enjoy the pool area of this home. It has a sitting area in the pool with a table & an umbrella for shading....the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing beverage on a hot summer day! Also, this home has a covered patio, propane BBQ & outdoor patio set for outdoor dining.

Cancelation Policy: Your deposit to "hold" your reservation is 50% refundable if for any reason you cancel your reservation 45 days or more prior to your arrival & non-refundable less than 45 days. It will become your "security deposit" once you arrive & is then fully refundable if there is no damage and the house is left in good order.
