General Information:
Spacious (1,300 sq ft) 2 BR + 2 full baths + den townhome with wonderful lake & mtn views. There are only 6 units in the complex & only two other units are occupied occasionally during the summer so you may have the whole place to yourselves! The townhome overlooks the pool and it's located only 1 mile from the London Bridge & just four blocks from the lake!

Accommodations:
This beautiful property occupies the entire top (second) floor of the building - so it has wonderful unobstructed views of the lake & mountains. There is an almost panoramic view of lake from the master bedroom & north balcony(not shown).
There are sliding glass doors leading off each bedroom onto the large balcony which overlooks the pool & island portion of the lake. Located just 2 blocks from one of Lake Havasu's three golf courses in one of the best neighborhoods in Lake Havasu!
Two large bedrooms & a den (which has 2 twin beds). It sleep 6 people comfortably. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the home for privacy. Two TV's & VCR/DVD players (with movie collection)plus a stereo & CD player. There's an electric BBQ on the large north patio. Includes all linens, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, beach chairs, pool toys, wall mount blow dryers...and many more amenities! Everything you'll need to enjoy your stay !
